I am truly impressed with your staff. I have interacted with your customer care department twice via your live website chat and both times I received immediate attention! Initially, a customer care representative responded to my concern regarding my recent purchase of the High Frequency System. I was given an instant credit... a simply positive experience! I was so impressed that my concern was not only heard, but valued enough that a credit was issued immediately into my account. I decided that I would definitely purchase other products from Jellen. Today, I emailed a question regarding the Ultrasonic Skin Care System and within hours, I received a concise and informational response. Based on that response, I decided I would purchase this item. Recently, I ordered both the microcurrent system [NuFace], and the ultrasonic system. I already had an LED light device. I am writing to say how pleased I am with the progress I have made using these products. Of course, I am very health conscious and that always makes a difference in how one's skin looks, but I can truly say I have now seen some great positive changes, and I am so pleased. I get lots of comments on how "youthful I am looking", which is the whole point of all this, since I could never afford thousands of dollars for cosmetic surgery--not to mention the time and pain involved. Thank you all so much for your great products.

I just want you to know that this is the second day I am using my Ozone High Frequency wand and I went to put on my eye makeup and I couldn't believe the difference in my eyes. I had to put my eye makeup on differently because I have been so used to putting make up on my "Old Lady" eyes. Now my eye lids appear "lifted" and look the way they did when I was younger, but I don't remember how to do make up for young eyes!!!!
